Tips of hydraulic hose EN 853 1SC

The hydraulic hose standard of DIN EN 853 1SC is also applicable to ISO 11237 1SC, DIN EN857 1SC, ISO1436:2009, DIN 20022 1SC, TS6387 EN857 1SC, ISO1307, ISO6805, EN13463-1. It is formed with three sections: Inner tube, Reinforcement and Cover. The inner tube is made of Oil-resistant synthetic rubber which extruded whole without joints, of uniform thickness. The reinforcement is braided by one copper-plated steel wire. Cover of such hose is made by Anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels, and weather conditions.     

The working pressure of EN 853 1SC standard is 1276Psi-3262.5Psi/ 88Bar-225Bar /8.8Mpa-22.5Mpa, the hose safety factor is 4:1, so burst pressure is 5104Psi - 13150Psi/ 352Bar - 900Bar/ 35.2 Mpa -90Mpa. The key test factor of the hose is Impulse except W.P. The impulse time of DIN EN 853 hose’s is≥150,000 Times.

The hose pipe line of DIN EN 8531SC can be used in equipment of engineer, agriculture, mining, automation, port handling and so on. Such as construction equipment,engineering equipment, road construction equipment, port handling equipment, agricultural equipment, coal or mine equipment, marine equipment, petroleum or oil equipment, automation equipment, machinery tool equipment and so on. The application of 1SC hoses can be used in transmitting hydraulic fluids, such as glycol, mineral and biological oils, water, lubricants, etc. If you have special requirement of such hose application or transmission media, please let us know. Our ONE steel wire braided hydraulic hose can be used in a wider temperature: The first one is From -40°C ~ +100°C(intermittent 120℃),from -40℃ ~ +70℃ for water based fluids, from 0℃ to +70℃ for hot air; The second one is From -55°C ~ +100°C(intermittent -65℃ or +120℃),from  -55℃ ~ +70℃ for water based fluids, from 0℃ to +70℃ for hot air. The third on is 3,From -40°C ~ +120°C. But please tell us in advance when you need much lower temperature. And please notice that no matter in which condition, to prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce hose's life.

The appearance of DIN EN 853 1SC standard is wrapped or smooth cover. The size of smooth cover we can produce form  1/4" to 1-1/2". The lay line type of printing, embossed or ink can be used. But the INK is too expensive, the printing and embossed label or lay line type are economically and common.
