MORE+CHEVRON CONVEYOR BELT
Chevron Conveyor Belts are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.
Application:
Chevron conveyor belt is suitable for conveying loose, bulky or bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40 degrees.
Features:
1.Anti-slip;
2.Cleats and top cover rubber are vulcanized integrally;
3.Cleat pattern, angle and pitch are designed elaborately.
Selection of a type and height of cleats depends on the material to be conveyed and the angle of inclination:
